[Jill] is directed, she is upfront with compassion, she understands what humans new to the experience of owning a business are going through.

Chris Miskec is a healthcare provider who was referred to Jill at Lipski Cain Consulting through a mutual friend. Chris had recently begun an independent coaching practice, aside from her day job, dedicated to helping people navigate complicated medical situations and manage their care. Chris reached out to Jill for guidance on creating a solid foundation for her new business, mapping out the logistics of pursuing it full time, and developing a methodology for standardizing client experiences.

What We Did

Business Fundamentals

Jill coached Chris on business fundamentals including establishing an LLC, bookkeeping, budgeting time, marketing, and calculating sustainable rates.

Together, they honed in on Chris’s why - an impactful, personal narrative that lends credibility to her business.

Establishing a Framework

Jill supported Chris in defining her coaching program by helping create a framework for the services that Chris will provide based on client experience, centering proactive communication about what to expect and service outcomes/values.

Primed for Success

As a result of working with Lipski Cain Consulting, Chris has:

An expanded network of professional contacts and referrals.

Standardized services that will help maintain quality client experiences.

Strategies for improving communication with clients.

A stable foundation to grow a successful business.

[Jill] was so focused on what I needed and sometimes even parsed out what I needed without me being able to adequately express those needs.
