Leann is the owner of Assist Reporting, a business that provides depositions, transcriptions, and recording for court proceedings. Leann became acquainted with Jill from Lipski Cain Consulting through networking events in the Twin Cities. A casual conversation about their separate enterprises led to an opportunity for Jill to help Leann with her business through marketing consultation. Throughout their interactions, Jill’s compassion and reliability stood out to Leann.

Jill coached Leann on gathering and utilizing testimonials from clients to inform marketing content and establish blindspots. She not only shared her templates with Leann, she also coached her on the how to build empathy and authenticity in business.
Jill helped develop Leann develop a clear marketing direction for Assist Reporting that focuses on the value of their services with strategies for capitalizing on each stage of the sales funnel. She did this by interviewing Leann, asking questions to get at the heart of what Assist Reporting does, why, and how.
